  • Photographic image of delegate (remote delivery only to evidence attendance).
  • Driver Licence Details.
    • Photographic image of entitlements
    • Driving partial driving licence number
    • CCTV (if applicable)
  • Payment Details.

 

To process data in accordance with the principles of data protection. These require that data shall be: –

The lawful basis for processing this data is the legal obligation under:  Certificate of Professional Competence  Transport Manager:  Regulation (EC) 1071/2009, Vehicle Drivers Certificates of Professional Competence (CPC) Regulations 2007 SI No 605. Or any other legislation relating to approved training.

 

We will not: Sell or rent your data to third parties. Or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
