Cancellations

Having been in the industry for many years, we understand that the industry demands changeability at short notice. We will always work with our partners to limit disruption to your business. We will also not place onerous charges against you. We will work with you to provide the best possible, efficient service that we are able too.

 

We do have to consider booking processes for external providers, also utilising trainers and resources efficiently, however we will always try to look at other solutions to meet your needs. Be assured, if we are paying for external services, exam fees, we will make you aware prior to booking so as you are fully aware of consequences, should your business needs require.

 

The Company reserves the right, through non-payment by the customer 15 days prior to the course to cancel the booking. Examination fees are non-refundable.

 

At the commencement, during or upon completion of any Driver CPC course, for any reason, if it is discovered that a candidate is not permitted to attend Periodic Driver CPC Training, no refund will be offered.

 

If a DVSA NSAT investigation results in the revocation of a Driver Qualification Card (DQC), Advance Training Ltd will not accept any costs incurred because of any such revocation. Also, Advance Training Ltd will not issue refunds where unnecessary course repetition is deemed to have occurred, this is the delegates responsibility.
